OUT-SOURCED

With this configuration, you provide us with a list of employees, their rates and other accompanying information and we handle all aspects of the payroll for you. From issuance of payment (direct deposit included) to the submission of NIS and GRA dues.

ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION

This is the most affordable configuration, you are allocated a plan according to the amount of employees and features you require. You can then log on to our cloud software and process your payrolls, available 24/7.

We lease our software to accounting agencies if so required.

CUSTOMIZED INSTANCE

This configuration offers the most amount of flexibility and control over your payroll operation.

The payroll software is customized according to your requirements and installed on a server located on your premises. Bio-metric time clocks are integrated as required.

Configurable Taxes W Select from preset deduction profiles, create custom profiles, or even create a custom profile per employee.

Time-clock integration Working hours are automatically tabulated from linked bio-metric devices and computed into the employees pay. Covid-safe devices are available. These have face and palm vein recognition to provide a touch free interface. There are devices available which are tailored specially for offsite work, they include an integrated power supply.

Automatic Backups Your data is protected by nightly offsite backups, so you can be sure you are protected against data loss.

Document repository W Store employee certifications, photos and other documents to maintain a centralized repository of information.

Human resource data facilities W Create, save and print employee reviews, set up organizational charts, leave management and more are provided by our software.

Direct Deposit W Generate direct deposit documents to match your particular bank's specifications to preform direct-deposit payments.

Hour tabulation via files W For hourly rated employees, our software support file uploads with the daily punch-in/punch-out data of the employee, these hours are computed and aggregated to deliver a total of regular/over/double time hours which are in turn used to calculate the employees pay.
